Why Should You Trust Our Drug Rehab Facility?

You or Your Loved One is Ready for Change. What is Stopping You?
Below are a few reasons that may be holding you back:
1- How do I know if this is a reputable facility?
15 years experience in providing successful recovery to those struggling with addiction.

2- Is the cost affordable?
You know what they say, if there is a will there is a way. Besides the many insurance plans accepted in our facility, there are many ways we can help you make your recovery affordable. Let’s talk.

3- I’ve heard of rehab facilities being just revolving doors for addicts. Get clean, relapse and come back again.
Yes we know relapse is the biggest factor in the life of a recovering addict. We have plans and procedures in place that will give you the tools and the support when you are most vulnerable to relapse. You can and you will succeed. There is no reason for failure.

4- Is this a safe place and up to the standards of a medical rehab facility?
Our facility is licensed and certified by the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and by the Joint Commission on Health Care Organizations. But we go beyond the required minimum standards to ensure client's recovery success. In addition to the top rated treatment delivered by our staff of doctor, nurses and the licensed therapy counselors, our clients enjoy the comforts of a celebrity rehab, like medical massage, yoga, meditation, personal training and art therapy. The balanced nutritious meals prepared daily by our gourmet chef and the spacious rooms with private baths are all parts of what makes recovery at our facility as comfortable as possible.

5- Is this place licensed for medical detox?
We are licensed as a medical detox facility and provide 24hr monitoring and medical care to those patients who require detox before starting therapy. We are proud of the comfort and the safety that we offer during the critical detox period.

If you see any other reason that may stop you from getting treatment, starting now, call us. Let’s have a conversation about why it is crucial to start today.
CONSULTATIONS ARE ALWAYS FREE.

A Center for Addiction Recovery, CFAR, is an accredited rehab center, providing the most up-to-date Medical Detox, Intensive Outpatient and Residential Addiction Treatment Programs since 2002. Our addiction treatment programs provide treatment for male and female clients who are struggling with alcohol, drugs, prescription drugs and process addictions such as compulsive gambling and eating disorders.

CFAR embraces traditional and holistic approaches in the treatment of addiction which includes the non-12 Step SMART RECOVERY, and the 12 Step Recovery Program. All addiction treatment programs at A Center for Addiction Recovery focus on treating the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of our clients' recovery, helping them to identify and address the root causes that may have triggered their addictive behaviors. There are many instances that a past trauma has played a major role in someone's addiction which in turns affects his or her treatment and recovery. In such cases we utilize the most promising trauma treatment approach, Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), which is exclusively delivered at A Center for Addiction Recovery by the founder and the developer of this therapy, Dr. Jon Connelly.

During RRT clients do not become overwhelmed or feel helpless by re-living the traumatic event. Neither do they go through hypnosis. They are able to clear their trauma while awake and present. Once the mind is clear from the trauma, clients have a far greater chance of achieving a successful recovery. With one-half to two-thirds of people with addictions suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and about the same proportion of people with PTSD having developed an addiction, CFAR finds it absolutely essential to treat both conditions effectively at the same time to provide clients with the best chance for a successful recovery.

All of our addiction treatment therapies are delivered by our experienced, caring and non-judgmental addiction specialists which consist of physicians, psychiatrists, nursing professionals, licensed social workers and mental health counselors. All treatment services are provided in our 12 acre facility without any need to transport clients to different locations for different therapies. This allows our clients to comfortably transition from detox to residential treatment under the supervision of the staff that has got to know them and follows their treatment closely through various stages of recovery.

Relieving Stress During Addiction Treatment
As part of CFAR's innovative approach in the treatment of addiction, we combine medical detox with biofeedback sessions. This powerful treatment approach is delivered at our Serenity Lounge, where a combination of music, choreographed imagery, vibrations and bi-neural beats are utilized to induce a natural meditative state. By utilizing biofeedback therapy, clients practice deep-breathing and engage in positive emotional thoughts. The "Serenity" biofeedback sessions are proven to be a very successful tool in aiding the process of mental and emotional healing in individuals who are starting their recovery. Biofeedback is one of the many holistic therapies that A Center for Addiction Recovery offers to promote relaxation and stress release. These therapies include but are not limited to: Yoga, Meditation, Massage Therapy, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Personal Training and sports activities such as Basketball and Volleyball.
